  1. I don't like all these negative comments about the children's reactions.
The parents were being very mean when they tricked their children. They
knew the kids would give a negative reaction, and they knew the reaction
would be one of shock, and crying. Children look forward to Christmas, and
their birthday all year long. I doubt any of these kids are 'Spoiled Brats'
many of them will share their candy with others, and give their time to
worthy causes, as a teacher I've seen this time, and time again. REMEMBER
99.9% of all kids are GREAT!
    1. Those little brats could be happy that they get ANYTHING!
I hate it. They're not a bit thankful that their parents thought at them
and/or bought them something even if they haven't enough money. ( Or they
had to save money to buy them something).
      1. I know these are kids and all but Jesus Christ! These children are bratty,
I never did this as a child; If I got something I didn't like I would just
say I like it and smile to be polite! Hell I'm 15 and I don't get any
Christmas presents or birthday presents I would be happy to receive
something at that age or even now! Also the parents playing pranks on their
kids is kind of wrong in my opinion, children are not a source of
        entertainment!
        1. We only get one present every year but i don't complain about it

As a child (older child, but still) I find this ridiculous. I never
understood why parents play pranks on their kids just to get their shits
and giggles. It's sure as hell not funny to the kid, especially when
they're too young to get the humor. I know they make you crazy, but you
are their role model and they look to you for guidance, love, and trust.
It's not right to turn them into your source of entertainment. Children
are people too. How would you feel if people did the same things to you?
            1. A good prank in moderation is OK, just as long as the parents aren't doing
it for sheer entertainment., and not trying to humiliate their kids. 3:53
is just fucking horrible. Why would you make your child's problem with
their bowels, public. Even if there was a hidden gift in the box. That was
really cold & his family should have been ashamed of themselves for
              humiliating him so much.
              1. This is just saddening. I mean... sure they don't know better. But they
should be brought up to know better. The fact that these children have such
a sense of entitlement- heck some of them were in their teens- just tells
me that their parents never taught them to appreciate the few things they
could afford. The fact they are even getting gifts is a lucky thing,
considering some people can't even afford to buy one present, let alone
that whole pile under those trees. If children are not taught at an early
age that they cannot always get what they want, and that there is a good
REASON behind the fact they can't, then they will always feel this sense of
entitlement. If you don't teach them that they will NEED a lot of the
things they got, that they didn't WANT, then they are likely to be just as
                spoiled as adults.
                1. I love how everyone is coming up with these backstories and scenarios that
make the toilet paper thing horrible on just the parents' part. It seems
few are thinking of the possibility that that kid and maybe some of the
other kids are complete brats who were being punished for their behavior in
what may have been the only way to get through to them.
                  1. Spoiled brats need to appreciate this free shit they're getting.
                    1. That grandma with toilet paper is a little looped.
                      1. Oh come one! It's one thing to give your kid a shitty present and THEN give
them something good.. It's borderline psychological abuse giving them a
wrapped iphone box and then having nothing but shit inside the box..
Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with parents... I love playing pranks and
I would probably do something like that IF I actually had an iphone hidden
                        to give them..

Now that's like your boss working you up for a promotion and then saying,
"just kidding".. You'd be pretty upset. These are KIDS who wait for either
Christmas or their birthday to get something cool and special. It's THEIR
moment. As a parent, you should feel joy seeing your children happy with
tears of joy, not sadness. They aren't spoiled, they just have high hopes
that come crashing down because of dick parents.
                        1. Spoiled little fucking shits.
